Rancangan Kriteria Sustainability untuk Evaluasi Strategic Supplier di Industri Otomotif X dengan Metode QFD

Proses evaluasi strategic supplier merupakan problem keputusan yang memiliki banyak kriteria dan tujuan yang terkait dengan faktor kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Dalam proses evaluasi strategic supplier, metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dapat menterjemahkan isue-isue kebutuhan penting stakeholder, mulai dari kebutuhan konseptual menjadi beberapa kriteria evaluasi kriteria strategic supplier yang dapat dijadikan acuan. Salah satu informasi yang paling penting bahwa dengan menggunakan metode QFD, maka bobot kriteria evaluasi diturunkan dari peringkat pentingnya kebutuhan stakeholder bersama-sama dengan bobot hubungan antara stakeholder requirement dan kriteria evaluasi. Menurut hasil studi literatur kebanyakan penelitian terdahulu terdahulu menggunakan kriteria ekonomi dengan single stakeholder. Penelitian ini akan mengunakan kriteria sustainability dengan multi-stakeholder. Penelitian akan merancang pemilihan kriteria sustainability untuk evaluasi strategic supplier industri otomotif PT X di Indonesia mengunakan metode QFD”.
