Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis : Faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan Portofolio Proyek

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis, portofolio proyek menjadi salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan strategis dan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Untuk mencapai kesuksesan portofolio proyek diperlukan pengetahuan terkait faktor - faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan tersebut. Pengetahuan terkait faktor-faktor tersebut diperlukan untuk memastikan pengelolaan portofolio proyek telah mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut. Namun belum ada penelitian yang merangkum faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan portofolio proyek tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan portofolio proyek di perusahaan. Tinjauan ini dilakukan menggunakan model PRISMA yang berbasis pada tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilakukan untuk mendapatkan artikel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Pencarian faktor- faktor kesuksesan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci di Sembilan database dalam periode tahun 1988 – 2024. Hasil akhir pencarian menunjukan terdapat 8 faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan portofolio proyek yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pengelolaan portofolio proyek di perusahaan. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain Stakeholders, Strategic, Ideation, Culture, Governance, Process, Risk, dan Resources.
